The Polar Cave is locally owned and operated by Mark Lawrence, an entrepreneur and Cape Cod resident for over 25 years. Mark brings a sense of humor combined with years of experience in the hospitality industry to ensure his customers a return trip time and time again. Mark has a wife, Theresa, and a daughter Kelsey, who help to make the Polar Cave the best ice cream parlor on the Cape.

Due to space limitations our ice cream is made in an exclusive creamery in the Boston area and delivered within 24 hours to ensure freshness. Only the freshest ingredients are used to create possibly the best ice cream you have ever tasted.
